Can I stream and or create content from your games?

Absolutely! You are free to create and publish original media content of our games in relation to streaming, "Let's Play" videos, reviews, guides, etc. You are also free to monetize your original content. Please remember to follow our policies and guidelines and respect all other community and third-party guidelines and intellectual property.

Can I make fanart or merchandise of your games?

We adore fanart and encourage you to make them. Please tag us as well so that we may see. You are free to make one-off or small run merchandise based on our games such as stickers and prints.

What can I not do with your intellectual property?

While we encourage creativity and content creation, there are certain uses of our intellectual property that we do not allow. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Claiming our intellectual property as your own.
• Using our intellectual property in a way that is misleading or implies endorsement by us without our explicit and written permission.
• Using our logos and marks to create the illusion of affiliation or endorsement by us without our explicit and written permission.
• Using our intellectual property in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful to our brand or reputation.
• Using our intellectual property in a way that infringes on the rights of others or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Can I use your intellectual property in my own projects or for commercial purposes?

Our intellectual property is protected by copyright and trademark laws. This includes, but is not limited to, using our characters, storylines, game mechanics, or any other elements of our games.
